As chief pilot and strategist of the project, Jacqueline developed 12 mini campaigns that were targeted at reversing a damaged brand and reputation. The website increased the client’s revenue by 800% within the first month and 1000% within three months following deployment.

Nexus Resort is an award winning 485-room 5-star beach resort in Sabah, Malaysia. Nexus commissioned Centroworks to design, develop and provide strategy services for NexusResort.com. Our effort increased online bookings significantly among FIT travellers and affected a sensational amount of web traffic. The online rebranding exercise saw a marked improvement in other revenue channels and thus our maintenance services were used throughout the life cycle of the product.

Urgent website design and building services were required (and provided) for the sale promotion of one of Asia’s most sought-after, luxury 5-star beachfront villas at Nexus Karambunai. The challenge of this project lied in its time-sensitivity issues that were inexorably linked to an already active PR-effort. Direct liaison with C-level executives and the engagement of the Board of Directors were in order for the successful transposition of their business case into a working brochureware.
